An illustration essay contains patterns to illustrate a concept. These patterns make abstract concepts more concrete and much easier to understand. The patterns used in an illustration essay will make your work more interesting for your audience. Whenever you present your concept, you need to provide your audience with a number of patterns to clarify this concept.
You need to use specific patterns in your illustration essay. These patterns are taken from your life experience or the lives of other people whom you know. You may compose a narrative that is one great pattern, or you can provide diverse patterns from your own experience — a list of patterns — one for every paragraph of your paper that will demonstrate the one idea that you are trying to clarify.
An illustration paper can be a long pattern of an abstract concept, or a paper can comprise of five or six paragraphs, each of them providing a dissimilar pattern of an idea. You may even have patterns at the sentence level. This means that one sentence may have a list or series of patterns. In such a case, you may employ exemplifiers in order to present those patterns. Do you keep in mind what these seven exemplifiers are? They are for instance, for example, namely, that is, including, like, and such as.
